Barcelona Shopping Line & Núñez i Navarro Hotels are organising a prize draw for a trip to Barcelona for two people. To enter the draw, simply get the voucher staying in our hotels: the 1898 Hotel & the U232 Hotel and collect 4 stamps when you shop at any of the stores in the Barcelona Shopping Line. These are shown on the map of the BSL.

Once you have collected the four stamps from the BSL stores on your card, hand the card in to reception at the hotel which gave it to you, and you will be entered in the draw for a trip to Barcelona. The trip includes the air tickets to Barcelona and a two-night stay with breakfast for two people at hotels U232 and H1898 belonging to the Núñez i Navarro group.

“A different hotel experience due to the Euro modern rooms and subdued lighting. My room was large and had a view of all the city. The beds are very comfortable, good flat screen tv, very clean atmosphere. The hotel is close enough to walk to nightlife, shopping and dining. erhaps the best news is the hotel staff. They appear concerned with your stay, answering all of our questions in a friendly and helping manner. I was correctly directed to my destinations and offered alternatives when needed. My package came with dinner at a local restaurant only a block away that turned out to be the best food of the trip, absolutely delicious. A good staff can make or break a stay at any hotel. The staff here is excellent! I would come again or try another hotel in the same chain.

“The location is good and the staff were extremely friendly. I had a room on the first floor, facing the street and directly above a second-hand clothes shop. The shop is open every day – until 20:30 – and plays pounding music all day, which can be heard through the ceiling. So rather disturbing if you fancy a lie-down after a busy day of sightseeing. The street traffic is loud, and might disturb some people. I also had a room facing the courtyard at the back of the building and this was fantastic.Â

Again, I can only praise the staff for their friendliness and excellent service.”

“Comfortable, modern, prime location — for both the old city and Eixample.

Back rooms quiet, but somewhat small. Front rooms larger, but get street noise.

People at reception desk were wonderful — friendly, helpful, superbly competent.

Hotel was recommended by a friend, and I would recommend it to others.”

Great Service from NN hotels — H1898 hotel

“I originally booked my stay in the SOHO hotel from 17-19 october 2007.
One day before my stay I received a phonecall telling me that the room that I booked was not available anymore. BUT…

They had very good news. To solve this issue, they provides my for the same rate a room in the H1898 hotel, wich is a higher rated hotel than SOHO. They even included a free breakfast.

At first I was a bit disappointed, since this hotel is further away from FIRA convention center than SOHO. But I must say, after entering the H1898 hotel all my worries disappeared.

The H1898 hotel is actually one of the greatest hotels I ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and I really enjoyed the top roof swimming pool and the pool/sauna/jacuzzy/steam bath in the cellar. Everything was very nicely decorated and one would feel at home immediatly. Even every room had domotica system for lights and music and even heated mirrows in bathroom.

Also the hotel is nearby everything. Like 2 minutes walk from Placa Cataluna and nearby Metro station.

This really was a GREEAAAAAATTT stay.

“My stay at H1898 was for work but was surprised by the great service and the details of the hotel. You don’t find the kind of details and quality in the rooms at most hotels these days and the staff were very helpful.  The website, booking process, and stay were great from start to finish. NN Hotels will be in my agenda for some time to come.”
