The Festival of Bikes and Skates back!

Like every spring, the Festival of the bike and skates back to the whole world enjoy a quiet and pleasant walk through the main streets of the city and encourage them to participate in many activities of the traditional feast citizen.

It will be the next on June 8 from 10.00 am in the usual point of departure: on the streets of Aragon, between the street and walk Balmes de Gracia, for bicycles and on the Paseo de Gracia, among street Aragó and Valencia, for skates.

According to the delegate Sports, Pere Alcober, who has been responsible for introducing the latest news from this edition, the Feast of the bike and skates “is a feast, is not a competition, so it is that between family and we are friends for a stroll a few miles. ”

“Mercès, Rodoreda”

The Mercès, Rodoreda. L’exposició exhibition shows us the facet of Mercè Rodoreda as a poet. There are drafts, annotations and corrections which the Barcelona writer used to build her poems.

The exhibition, at the Guinardó-Mercè Rodoreda library, is accompanied by original photos by Elisabet Insenser taken especially for the occasion, bringing us closer to the world of the writer.
