Barcelona Marathon

The Barcelona Marathon is already one of the Europe’s top international reaces, but it wants to go one better. This will be made clear in the next marathon, to be held on 2nd March 2008, when the record for the number of registered participants, both top-level athletes, including the Spanish runner Chema Martínez, and members of the public, is expected to be beaten. Some 9.000 runners from around he world are expected to take part.
