Very good located hotel, enough far from the Rambla & Gracia Passig crowd and all tourist restaurants, but not too far for a walk. Few minutes from metro station and railway station going to airport. Good breakfast plus for the hungry people  the local supermarket chain in vicinity . The rooms well designed & quipped; and a small pool on the roof is a nice surprise. For those who don’t sleep well at hotels, the courtyard side is better ( nosy traffic street).  The hotel worth its price.

Barcelona enhanced by Hotel Europark

We stayed in Barcelona for 7 days at the Europark and our holiday was absolutely enhanced by staying at the Hotel Europark.

It is a very modern, clean and friendly hotel with very stylish rooms. We booked the Superior rooms but they were of a much higher standard than the 3* the Hotel carries. Location is excellent, it is 10 mins walk from the main shopping area and 15 mins walk from La Ramblas, but itself is in a nice quiet location.

Breakfast was also excellent and set us up for a good days sightseeing in the City. Our rooms had good air con, safe at no cost and reasonably priced Mini-bar.
All in all I would highly recommend.

Europark Hotel: fantastic hotel in a great location

NN Europark Hotel is a fantastic hotel in a great location which is close enough to Las Ramblas to walk within a few minutes but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle if wanted.

Spotlessly clean hotel, very stylish with a roof top pool and terrace which are perfect for a lazy day or a few hours relaxation with a cold drink after a busy day exploring Barcelona.

5 minutes walk to Metro station.

I would definately recommend to others and found it excellant value for money which is often hard to find cost effective style in a city.

MotoGP Catalunya Circuit de Montmeló

The Motorcycling World Championship comes to Barcelona with the thrilling Gran Premi de Catalunya this next weekend June 12th-14th. Come along with your friends or relatives to encourage your favourite riders.

The Catalunya Moto GP is one of the most popular of the World MotoGP Championship. Held at the Circuit de Catalunya, in Montmeló near Barcelona, it attracts holidaymakers and race fans alike. Drawing crowds of 100,000 the atmosphere is always electric.

World Moto GP 2009 has already visited Qatar, Japan, Jerez, Le Mans and the Italian Mugello and this weekend will be in Barcelona, before going to the Dutch Assen.

The Circuit has seventeen grandstands, three of which are under cover, and offers plenty of services for an unforgettable stay.

The Catalan Grand Prix features also twenty giant screens, so that you enjoy a live-experience and don’t miss a detail of the race. Giant screens are viewable from everywhere in the public areas, even the pelouse.

How to get to Circuit de Catalunya Montmeló:

• Sagalés Bus: The coach company Sagalés and the Circuit have arranged a service to take spectators to the Circuit by coach during the Grand Prix. Coaches leave from downtown Barcelona, at the junction between Passeig de Sant Joan and Diputació St., and arrive at the Circuit’s East Area. www.sagales.com
• RENFE trains: During the Grand Prix days, thousands of passengers stop at the Montmeló railway station, which offers a more completed service during the rush hours. There is a 20-minute walk from the railway station to the Circuit. www.renfe.es

Hotel Europark: Best birthday ever

Hi,

We came to your hotel on Tuesday 2nd and left on 6th June and wanted to say what a wonderful experience it was staying at your hotel. Your staff were extremely polite, friendly and very helpful. The room was fantastic and we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. A member of your staff also kindly helped us one night when we had difficulties with a cab driver and we would like to thank him once again (Friday night).

I will definitely comment about your hotel on Trip Advisor to express how delightful your hotel is. We would hope to come back again soon.

We did leave a bottle of Cava Reserve for the staff on our departure as a thank you for a wonderful stay.

NB. It was an early 40th birthday present for my boyfriend and he had the ‘best birthday ever’ x

Europark stay 22 - 22 October 2008

Business can be fun! While working up a storm in Barcelona, thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere provided at the Europark Hotel. Check-in was personable and tri-lingual. Room is well-appointed and well-designed. Loved the roof terrace where I could sneak up (before hours) and get in yoga sessions in the mornings. The staff at breakfast was perfect…a friendliness rarely experienced in European hotels.

Also like the fact that the hotel is not splat in the middle of the touri areas…the quieter atmosphere is great after the experiencing the exhileration of Barcelona!

“I would like to say thank you very much for the warm welcome the staff gave me and my wife when we stayed one week at the Euro Park Hotel Barcelona.

The staff at the receiption desk was perfect and I would like to thank speciaily Mrs. Susanna with her good and practical tips which made our live much easier.
