Hotel Paral·lel Review

Me and my friend stayed at Hotel Paral.lel in October 2010. We had booked a twin room but when we got there they didnt have any twinrooms left. We had to stay in 2 single rooms for the first night. We didnt get any compesation for the hazzle. After a long talk we where aloud to have breakfast the next morning on the house. Not very good custore service. You would think that if you book month in advance your room would be there. If not you would think the hotel would give some kind of compersation for the trouble without having to ask for it.

The beginning of our holiday wasnt as we thought but the rooms where tidy, cleaners where very good. Fresh and clean towels every day. Even when we left late the cleaners would clean the room end of the morning. Bathroom suite was dated with rust stains in the bath.

    We sincerely regret the problems you encountered on your first night with us. Due to a system error, we could not book your twin room, and that is why we were forced to allocate you and your friend in two single rooms, on the same floor and close-by. We understand this was our fault, and next day we were able to solve it by allocating you in a twin room, as you desired.

    We are glad to read your congratulations about our cleanliness, and we will share them with our housekeeping staff.

    We would like to mention that we are renovating all the bathrooms. Works are currently underway, and we hope you will see them finished on your next visit.
