Stayed in Universal for 5 days/4 nights in June 09. Lovely lovely lovely staff, very friendly and helpful and attentive. Rooms were nice, although the beds a little hard for my personal liking. Didn’t eat here, but the roof & rooftop pool are a welcome addition, and really nicely laid out. Facilities seem great, and the general standard of upkeep and decor throughout was lovely. We had some problems one night with noisy neighbours, but this wasn’t the fault of the hotel. Overall I recommend it.

We stayed for two nights at Universal Barcelona Hotel,in June 2009 and I loved the room, simple but very very clean with everything one would need, beds very comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. The price was right too, I had never been to Sopain before and didn’t know what to expect. I loved the email reminders too and this thank you email as well.
Very polite organization dedicated to pleasing the guests!!!
