A glass boxed bathroom (with blinds for the shy), beautifully deep bath, queen sized bed, roof top swimming pool, and a well stocked mini
bar (with a couple of bottles of champagne) and you really don’t have a reason to leave the Soho hotel (or well, we didn’t!), except to
sample some of the surrounding excellent restaurants (recommended by the lovely Oliver-also a fellow vegetarian)…
Facing the square at the back, our room was serenely quiet, and I certainly didn’t here a peep out of our neighbours, (apparently the hotel was fully booked) and I hope we didn’t disturb them! And waking before 11am had the bonus of the a well stocked, prepared breakfast, where we ate like kings, then needed to sleep again. Frankly, it was a truly restful, soul recovering hotel, with discreet, warm, kind staff, with all the style, glamour of a cosmopolitan hotel. And I defiantly know what my boyfriend looks like now, though not sure about Barcelona…. to see it, I think I’ll have to go back and stay somewhere else….or at least go alone…I never realised a glass boxed bathroom could be so much fun ;-).soho hotel
