The Blond Ambition show, created with the singer’s regular director and collaborator, Jamie King, uses completely innovative visual and audio effects. The audiovisual element is highly significant, in a concert where Madonna forms the centre of every view.
Though the tour serves as a excuse to present Hard Candy live, the Madonna show includes a broad repertory of all her hits, from the 80s to the present day.
After her unprecedented change of plan, Madonna decided to extend her eighth tour, “Sticky and Sweet Tour“, taking on board 29 further performances, among which features her Barcelona appearance.
This is the second leg of her tour, which kicked off on 4 July in London, and also includes two further Spanish gigs, in Madrid and Saragossa; these are in addition to her gigs last September in Seville and Valencia.
The most urbane, the most dance, the most eclectic; every side to Madonna is coming out when the diva climbs on stage. To mark the gig, which includes Paul Oakenfold as an invited artist, Madonna’s fans are being asked to bring out their best ‘Madonna fan look’.
