Summer Nights at the CaixaForum

On Wednesdays in July and August, a whole host of cultural activities await you at the CaixaForum (old Casa Ramona factory). The venue will be hosting a varied programme which includes everything from participative shows to readings in the dark, jazz concerts and film screenings.

– Every Wednesday, from 4 July to 29 August | Installation “Pixels” from 21:15 pm
Digital cameras, computers, mobile phones … The pixels are already part of our life and, also, are the raw material of this interactive installation by Jonas Vorwerk and Yoren Schriever.

– Wednesday 04/07, at 20 and 22 h | Show “Body Memories“.
The dancer Cesc Gelabert has created a choreography with twenty-five children and twenty-five young people in which the audience participates.

– Wednesday 11/07 or 18/07, at 20 and 22h | “The Musical participatory
A journey through the history of musical theater with leading figures in our house, a chorus composed of ordinary people and an orchestra.
With Oscar grounded (conductor), Xavier Casaño (stage direction), Mone (soprano) and Sergi Albert (tenor).

– Wednesday 25/07, at 20 and 22h | Concert “Ianizer & Lemethy
The young Victor Chalk and the duo Jonathan and Ian Mostrom Lemethy have created a new musical style that now appear in our house the “new dance symphony“.
