I recently stayed at your Soho hotel in Barcelona and would like to express to you the pleasure we had in staying at your hotel.
We stayed in 3 different hotels of different price ranges ,in fact yours was probably the least expensive of the 3, but we had such a beautiful service from each of the receptionists, from my first contact with Alessio par telephone , he was a gentleman and most helpful, to being received by him at your hotel. Over the course of our stay we were looked after by Alexandra and Jonas, both equally helpful, most courteous and very welcoming. And then there was the lovely room! We felt very comfortable enjoyed our stay immensely! Thank you.

Ho soggiornato presso l’hotel Paral-lel dal 24 al 28 aprile, ottima accoglienza, camere gradevoli, massima pulizia, zona molto comoda ai mezzi nonchè semicentrale, un unico appunto :l’illuminazione troppo bassa nella camera.

We stayed for 3 nights in April 2013 at Jazz Hotel in Barcelona. Best location for walking to most attractions. Rooms were modern style, very clean and well furnished with comfortable beds. Bathrooms also had a modern clean look. Safety box in the room was convenient to lock away valuables. Front desk staff were very very efficient and accommodating when they let us check-in in the morning after an overnight flight.
Many good restaurants nearby. Metro stations very close. Convenient access from the BCN airport to hotel via AeroBus.
Overall a great experience staying at this hotel. Highly recommend to tourists.

Dear NN team,
I enjoyed my stay in the U232 hotel in Barcelona very much. It was very clean. The personnel was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms are equipped in a practical, modern and friendly style.
I see one minor opportunity for improvement: this is the control of the air conditioning. For the entire hotel there is one common setup: you either can cool down or warm up, no individual choice. Since the general hotel setting was “cool down” the air in the rooms at nights was cold and there was no way to change this. Talking to the front desk office did not help to change this for the following night.
Nevertheless: it was a very enjoyable and overall almost perfect stay!

We spent a long week-end in April 2013 in U232 hotel, close to metro station Hospital-Clinic. I was there with 2 of my kids and a nephew. We flew in from Luxembourg to Barcelona Airport and took the aerobus, which drops you at Comte d’Urgell cross-road with Gran Via Corts, leaving you for a 5-10 min walk to the hotel.
The area around the hotel is diverse and the hotel U232 is very well located in Barcelona, with metro station next by, shopping centers at 5min walking distance.
U232 is a high standing hotel and its employees were particularly nice and helpful. Family rooms are quite large and in our case, enabled the kids to be in “their” own section and myself in the neighbouring room.
Breakfast and bars are of high quality of food/drinks and service.
For sure, this will be our hotel choice for our next trip to Barcelona.

Would we recommend this our new Home in Barcelona ? Let me say this: we are booking already at this Hotel for our next stay. Great Room, Breakfast and Service. Thank you all from the bottom of our Hearts, we shall see you again! What a beautiful City so much to see and experience. The Vibrancy is just awesome. Got to taste the Tapas and the Cava Sangrias with it ! One Trip won`t just do, we`ll be back often, and this Hotel ( Europark ) ist the right place to be. We stayed at U232 from 10th to 15th February. We had a wonderful stay and all of the staff made us feel very welcome. The room was lovey and as shown in the hotel gallery. The hotel is not far from the centre and went ate in some lovely restaurants recommended by the staff near the hotel. A wonderful experience.

Stayed at Hotel 1898 in Barcelona. Fantastic staff, from door man, to reception and room maids. Very friendly and efficient. It took about 3 minutes from getting out of the taxi and receiving our room key. The hotel and its rooms give you the feeling you are at home!
