I specially thank you for upgrading our room because we were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. Indeed it made our celebration more memorable.
I love Barcelona especially for the architecture and the arts. I hope we can come back when it is cooler.
You asked me yesterday if I had a suggestion and I said none. Now I have one. The taxi we took to the airport was not so good. It was dusty and had no airconditioning. So in a way it spoiled the great stay we had in your hotel. So my suggestion is if you can have better control of how your guests are transported to the airport it would be a plus. I was hoping you would have a shuttle service may be in cooperation with other hotels which costs between taking taxi and taking a bus. I have seen this in other cities in America.
This is a minor point. Your hotel was fabulous. The design is awesome and really quite modern. You also have a good location
I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends and family who will visit Barcelona.
