Each year in August, Barcelona hosts two events of special importance for the city: The Gràcia Festival, which take place the third week of the month, and Sants Festival, which starts right after the Gràcia ones have finished.
This year the festival takes place from 20 to 28 August, filling the neighborhood with decorated streets.
One more year, the neighbors will celebrate together the festival, with numerous activities such as dances, workshops, children’s activities, the traditional correfocs (fireworks), popular meals and dinners and, of course, the concerts of the festival Alternativa, which highlights this year the Troba Kung-Fu, on Thursday 27 at 21pm.
It will also take place the traditional decoration competition, which rewards the best ornated streets of the neighborhood.
Undoubtedly, one of the most anticipated summer events by the locals and interesting for those visiting the city on those dates.
