Do not forget to change your clocks time Sunday morning.

Do not forget your clock back one hour.

Do not forget to change your clock back one hour.

The time change was first introduced during the First World War, but it did not begin to generalize until 1974, when the first oil crisis forced some countries to move their clocks to make better use of sunlight and thus, consume less electricity for lighting. At present, the time change applied follows the 1996 regulation, agreed at EU-wide: clock forward one hour the last Sunday of March, and back the last Sunday of October.

For this reason, on the night of Saturday to Sunday, when the clock strikes 3 am, must be re delayed until 2 o’clock.

Who said that one day may not have 25 hours?
