Our family comes from Vancouver Canada. Unfortunately, our passports were stolen, so we had to stay an extra 5 days. The front desk were most friendly, helpful, and supportive. It is truly a home away from home. Housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, and the american breakfast was wholesome. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
