We stayed at U232 Hotel from Oct. 28 to Nov. 3 stayed on the 8th floor. Reception staffs was curtesy, friendly and helpful as were the bar staffs. However the restauran staffs (breakfast room) need more training in terms of service and friendliness. We Canadians tip willingly and freely based on service as we did the first 4 morning not because they were extremely helpful, but because we feel it is the right thing to do. on the 5th and 6th morning, we have to chase down a waiter for our coffee, they did not come back to check if we need more coffee or milk, plates piled up on our table, not good.
We will stay at u232 again due to the location of the hotel and close to a very good restaurant Paco Merlago.
